We are partnering with an established and innovative manufacturing client to recruit a Supply Chain Manager for a key leadership role within their Irish operations. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking company with global reach, committed to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, the successful candidate will drive supply chain strategy and execution across production planning, inventory management, logistics, and customer service. This is a high-impact role with strong visibility across the business and a critical voice in shaping future operations.The OpportunityYou will be responsible for leading end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring efficient production planning, optimal inventory levels, and high-performance shipping and warehousing processes — all while maintaining a sharp focus on customer satisfaction and cost-effectiveness.Key responsibilities include:

Leading Production and Raw Material Planning, Warehousing, and Master Data Management within SAP.

Driving On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) delivery performance across customer and interplant shipments.

Balancing cost, equipment utilisation, production efficiency (OEE), and customer service.

Managing raw material procurement to support timely production schedules.

Monitoring and improving key KPIs: OTIF, Schedule Adherence, Inventory Days of Supply, Lead Times, and others.

Building and developing high-performing Planning and Warehousing teams.

Implementing agile, flexible supply chain strategies, including shift models and packaging line adaptability.

Collaborating closely with Production and Quality teams to meet service and performance targets.

Supporting forecasting, budgeting, capacity planning, and local S&OP processes.

Identifying cross-plant synergies and process improvements across the global network.

Who We are Looking ForThis role is ideal for a seasoned Supply Chain leader who thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven manufacturing environment and enjoys shaping processes that deliver real, measurable impact.Key Requirements:

Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline (Master’s preferred).

7+ years of experience in a supply chain leadership role, ideally within a manufacturing setting.

Strong knowledge of SAP ERP (supply chain modules).

Proven team leadership experience with the ability to inspire, coach, and drive high performance.

Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities across all levels.

Comfortable working in or with cGMP-regulated environments.

Solid project management and strategic planning capabilities.
