Senior Warehouse & Operations Manager

- Lead and manage all warehouse operations including goods-in, storage, order picking, packing, and dispatch
- Act as a point of contact for customer-related delivery queries, resolving issues and maintaining service levels
- Ensure internal processes align with customer requirements and agreed SLAs
- Supervise and develop the fulfillment team—setting goals, monitoring performance, and promoting high morale
- Manage warehouse budgets across labour, equipment, and logistics
- Identify opportunities for greater efficiency and cost savings without compromising standards
- Oversee health & safety compliance and ensure safe operation of equipment and procedures
- Maintain inventory accuracy and implement best practice stock control
- Liaise with internal departments (Customer Service, IT, Sales) and external partners (Couriers, Transport Operators)
- Report on KPIs and performance metrics to senior management
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a warehouse management or senior supervisory role
- Strong customer focus with experience handling service issues/escalations
- Commercially aware with experience managing budgets
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Proficient in WMS or ERP systems
- Hands-on, proactive, and solutions-driven
- A qualification (Level 7 or 8) in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is desirable
