This role is initially a one-month contract to cover leave, but as our team is in an active phase of expansion, we are looking for a strong performer who is also interested in transitioning into a permanent position.The RoleFollowing an onboarding and training period, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting network environments for a diverse range of clients. You will have the backing of our senior technical team, but you should be confident working independently to resolve issues efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality network support across multiple client sites.Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.Follow precise technical instructions and workflows to ensure "first-time-fix" results.Communicate effectively with both internal colleagues and external clients to provide status updates and resolutions.Maintain clear documentation of network configurations and support tickets.Candidate RequirementsTechnical Proficiency: Strong foundational knowledge of networking protocols and hardware.Cisco Knowledge: Previous experience or CCNA-level certification is highly beneficial.Communication: Fluent English (written and verbal) is essential for following technical specifications and client interaction.Reliability: Ability to hit the ground running and manage a varied workload under minimal supervision.Location: Must be based within a commutable distance of Blanchardstown.Why Join Us?This is a "foot-in-the-door" opportunity with a growing IT firm.
