- Drive Strategic HR Projects: You’ll help roll out important HR projects like Strategic Workforce Planning and ensure they’re delivered on time with strong stakeholder support.
- Support Core HR Processes: From performance management to talent reviews and succession planning, you’ll take the lead in making sure these processes run smoothly and add real value.
- Champion Engagement & Culture: You’ll help build a positive, inclusive workplace culture by supporting initiatives that come from the annual employee engagement survey.
- Act as a go-to person for managers on performance issues, helping foster a culture of continuous feedback.
- Partner with Learning & Development team to address skills gaps and promote ongoing learning.
- Play a key role in organisational change efforts, resourcing strategies, and supporting programmes like the Graduate Programme.
- Keep the organisation compliant with employment law and financial services regulations, including Fitness & Probity and the Individual Accountability Framework.
- Update or create HR policies and make sure they’re ready for board or committee review when needed.
- Use data and insights to drive decisions – being someone comfortable with HR reporting and metrics.
- Prepare HR updates for compliance, audit, risk, and board meetings.
- Relevant 3rd level qualification (e.g. HRM, Business and Management or similar); and Associate membership of CIPD.
- Min of 2 years of relevant experience at this level; and 1-2 years of experience in the financial services industry, ideally insurance.
- Knowledge and prior experience in Fitness and Probity, IAF, and the Minimum Competency Code is advantageous.
