- Develop and execute a global social selling strategy in collaboration with sales leadership.
- Own and manage the content calendar for social selling efforts across platforms such as LinkedIn, Reddit, and others.
- Create, curate engaging and brand-aligned content for our sales leadership that enhances our presence and builds thought leadership among target audiences.
- Analyze engagement metrics and refine content strategies to optimize reach and impact.
- Partner with the Head of Sales Enablement to design and implement programs that generate interest among prospects and deepen engagement with existing partners.
- Define functional requirements for these programs using our CRM and marketing automation tools, ensuring scalability and effectiveness.
- Continuously assess and recommend enhancements to marketing automation and CRM capabilities to support evolving program needs.
- Create compelling, customer-focused content for use across email campaigns, social media, landing pages, and educational materials.
- Tailor messaging to different stages of the buyer journey to improve conversion and nurture results.
- Ensure all program content reflects brand voice and aligns with overarching sales and marketing goals.
- Manage internal communications from sales leadership, including producing monthly video updates, designing slides, and adding motion graphics.
- Collaborate with sales leaders to craft messages that inform, inspire, and align the global sales organization. Develop a clear internal communications strategy, including planning cadence, content themes, and messaging alignment
- Maintain and update the internal sales enablement site, ensuring timely publication of content, tools, and resources that support sales effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in communications, marketing, or sales enablement.
- Experience developing and executing content strategies across multiple channels (e.g., social media, internal comms, email).
- Working knowledge of Salesforce and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Braze).
- Comfort with using performance data to iterate on content and program effectiveness (e.g., engagement metrics, email performance).
- Strong proficiency in video editing, motion graphics, and presentation design.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and sales leadership.
- Creativity and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
