Responsibilities of this Indirect Procurement Specialist job include:

Devise, own and drive the associated procurement category strategies and manage instore packaging as well as any other categories as they arise
Analyse areas of spend as per the Indirect Procurement Contracts Database to identify sourcing initiatives to pursue
Input into the preparation of annual budgets and provision of data to the Finance Teams across the business
Take the lead in negotiation with suppliers
Manage the set of Indirect Procurement Suppliers and reviewing requests for new suppliers
Improve and develop all procurement processes and operational management requirements such as contracting reports, risk exposure databases, and vendor SRM frameworks

Requirements for this Indirect Procurement Specialist job include:

5 years of commercial experience preparing and leading out negotiations on high value contracts
Preferably of an IT Portfolio
Marketing predominantly, also Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing, or property (key cost areas)
Direct or Indirect Procurement
Influencing stakeholders up to and including Exec level
Negotiation skills
Flexibility and resilience
