
Procurement/Store Specialist

- Raise and process purchase orders with suppliers using COINS procurement/inventory management software.
- Receive deliveries and manage goods received notes (GRN).
- Manage PPE stock, ordering and allocating to site staff as required.
- Monitor and maintain bulk order levels.
- Collaborate weekly with Site Supervisors on stock levels and site requirements.
- Regularly update stock using the inventory app.
- Organise deliveries and collections for multiple sites across the South of Ireland.
- Manage tool calibrations and lifting equipment tagging system.
- Coordinate vehicle servicing and tyre replacement; deliver and collect vans from sites as required.
- Manage and maintain technicians' tools and equipment.
- Strong IT skills with proven experience using procurement software.
- Construction industry background is essential.
- Electrical knowledge is an advantage.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Full clean driving licence with trailer licence (essential).
- Forklift licence (essential).
- Telehandler licence (preferred).
