
Area Sales Manager - Doors

- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers.
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Sell the full range of door products into trade customers, including group builder providers and independent hardware stores.
- Deliver product demonstrations, promotions, and training where required.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
- Achieve agreed sales targets and KPIs.
- Prepare regular sales updates and reports.
- Minimum 5 years' sales experience or strong industry-related knowledge (doors, joinery, hardware, or construction products).
- Proven ability to hit and exceed sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Full, clean driving license and flexibility to travel across the Midlands and South of Ireland.
