- Support the Director of Education and Training in the management of early career and training policy committee
- Design and implement campaigns for early career outreach programme for postgraduates
- Work closely with member companies on an ongoing basis to deliver on current/future talent requirements and other requests.
- Manage the engagement journey across multiple channels
- Collaborate with in-house marketing team to develop campaigns for career fairs and all digital marketing campaigns
- Plan and develop multimedia tools like videos, quizzes etc. to enhance campaign engagement
- Regularly refresh content on existing courses to align with new legislation
- Proven experience in programme development specifically in the education and early career space, including experience with career fairs
- Experience with executing digital marketing campaigns
- Construction industry experience would be a plus but not required.
- Qualification in project management preferred
- Experience with representing and committee membership
