Work Flexibility: OnsiteThis is a 23 month onsite contract role in our Limerick site with full Strykerbenefits- bonus, Healthcare and pension.What you will do:Collaborate with BU leadership to define and manage program scope.Co-ordinate and drive participation and engagement at all Operations forums including absence forum and productivity forum.Collaborate with PM for Project Edge, identify the key deliverables for operations and own the operations program schedule.Devise, Document and Contribute to the creation of detailed Work Breakdown Structure for Operations in respect of Project Edge.Range of programs and projects and other work within the portfolio with the goal of facilitating staffing, resolving resource allocation conflicts, and monitor staff utilization on activities that will generate the highest business value and aligned with the prioritization process.Implement effective communications management strategies to execute leadership with specific emphasis on business objectives delivery, efficient resource deployment, effective risk and issue management.Promote current Good Manufacturing and Good Documentation ProcessesSupport EHS/6S and ensure that a proactive approach to health and safety in respect of the Project delivery for Operations.What you will need:
Level 8 degree or equivalent.
At least 4 years of project management experience preferably in Operations.
