We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join the team in UCD.You will work under an amazing Head Chef that has team training at the heart of what he does.Who we are:The ideal candidate for the role will have:

Haccp trained
Maintain a high quality of our menu and its presentation
Assist our head chef with the overall running of the kitchen
Be efficient and have a proven ability to work under pressure
Ensures our dishes go to the customer in a timely manner
2+ years experience in a similar role of a busy kitchen environment is essential with a drive and enthusiasm to learn
Works well in a team and a busy kitchen
