- Hold a minimum of a QQI Level 7 Major Award on the QQI Framework – BA in Social Care Studies or equivalent qualification in Health or Social Care.
- Have 3 years’ experience in programme facilitation in a day services or residential setting.
- Good working knowledge of the New Directions framework and person-centred planning process.
- Experience of regulated services for people with an intellectual disability/autism and ability to apply knowledge of best practices.
- The capacity to deliver in an effective and resourceful manner within a model of person-centred provision.
- Ability to facilitate changing needs and improve service delivery.
- Effective interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills.
- Proficient IT skills relevant to the role, to include Microsoft Office Excel, Word, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams.
- A full driver’s licence is an essential requirement.
