Do you enjoy the balance of leading people, strengthening controls, and driving real change across systems and processes?We are partnering with a respected organisation in the Irish sporting sector to recruit a Head of Finance Operations- a role that blends leadership, transformation, and operational excellence.Reporting to the CFO, you will lead a high-performing finance team covering AP, AR, payroll & pensions, general ledger, tax, and banking. Your remit will include cashflow forecasting, internal controls, ERP system optimisation, and preparing for external/internal audits.But this role is not just about maintaining order - it is about shaping the future of finance operations.
