
Marketing Mix Modelling Analyst

- Lead and manage end to end MMM project timelines to ensure timely delivery of insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Finance, Analytics and external agency partners to align on objectives, project scope and deliverables.
- Oversee the full modelling process - from data collection and preparation to model calibration and reporting.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks or potential roadblocks to project success
- Deliver clear, actionable insights to inform and optimise marketing investment decisions
- Lead data collection and validation to ensure high quality inputs for MMM Models
- Manage and ensure integrity of large data sets from multiple sources
- Distil complex findings into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for Marketing/Strategy teams.
- Contextualise performance data to enhance insight relevance
- Support budget and scenario planning analysis using model outputs
- Serve as the primary contact for MMM-related queries and reporting
- Present insights to senior leadership using clear visualisations and storytelling
- Build strong relationships with external vendors for model development and optimisation
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing strategy and financial outcomes (e.g. Marketing, Finance, RGM, Local etc.)
- Manage our key agency partners for the MMM program to ensure best in class service delivery
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience managing or analyzing Marketing Mix Models (MMM), ideally within FMCG
- Strong background in cross-functional project management with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effortlessly and delivery of high-impact insights
- Basic knowledge of analytical engines such as R, SAS, Python for MMM modelling and an understanding of multiple-variable regression modelling
- Strong grasp of marketing metrics, KPIs, and performance measurement frameworks as well as experience handling large datasets and databases (SQL is a plus).
