We are seeking an experienced and motivated Mechanical Site Supervisor to oversee mechanical installations on a range of MEP projects in Dublin. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that all mechanical works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate mechanical site activities, including HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and health & safety regulations.
Liaise with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Monitor progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports.
Conduct quality checks and ensure snag-free delivery.
Attend site meetings and contribute to planning and coordination efforts.
Manage materials, tools, and equipment on-site.
Support commissioning and handover processes.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role within the MEP or construction industry.
Trade qualification or degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and site supervision.
Proven ability to manage subcontractors and site teams.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Familiarity with Irish building regulations and health & safety standards.
Proficient in reading technical drawings and specifications.
Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certificates.
