- Supervise and coordinate daily mechanical installation, maintenance, and repair activities on-site.
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, safety standards, and project schedule.
- Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment usage to optimize productivity.
- Conduct inspections and quality checks to verify compliance with project requirements.
- Prepare progress reports and communicate effectively with project managers and clients.
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 2+ experience in supervising mechanical works on construction/industrial sites.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, piping, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
