
Vendor Operations Manager, Trust and Safety

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in operations or business management, and vendor management.
- 5 years of experience using analytics or applying project management tools to address business issues.
- Experience working with dashboards and data.
- Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities and stakeholder issues/requirements, driving pragmatic decisions/actions to deliver continuous improvement across operations.
- Ability to build strategic stakeholder relationships in an environment that is sometimes ambiguous and susceptible to changing needs.
- Excellent strategic, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with attention to detail in an ever-changing environment.
- Monitor vendor performance, ensure compliance with goals, and manage invoices and purchase orders.
- Drive quality performance management against key metrics and SLAs through ensuring Quality Assurance (QA) insights and collection from vendors, and assist vendors with pre-launch quality readiness.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process maps, workflow documentation, help resources, and relevant training and certification programs.
- Lead complex, strategic projects from start to finish, ensuring clear goals, accountability, and effective communication to all stakeholders. Drive cross-functional collaboration and navigate organizational complexities to achieve successful project outcomes.
- Lead vendor selection, forecasting, resource and budget planning for vendor operations. Contribute to the long-term operational strategy and support model decisions for your workflows.
