This role provides rotational coverage across teams managing sensitive and complex issues such as cyber security, harmful content, and user safety. You'll deliver operational and project management support, ensuring continuity, quality, and efficiency during staff absences.Role OverviewYou will work independently and collaboratively, providing program and project management support, operational insights, and cross-functional coordination. This role is internal-facing, with no external stakeholder engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide coverage for Integrity Support Operations teams, currently focused on Cyber SecurityManage projects involving analysis, research, and strategy executionSupport day-to-day operations, including quality management, vendor oversight, and workflow administrationPartner with policy and cross-functional teams to advance prioritiesAnalyze data to identify trends and develop actionable recommendationsEnsure operational success against team KPIsMinimum Qualifications5-7 years of relevant experience, including 2-4 years in Program ManagementBackground in Content Moderation / Trust & SafetyPreferred QualificationsProficiency with data tools (SQL, SAS, visualization platforms)Strong judgment and ability to stay composed under pressureBachelor's degree in a relevant fieldExperience in project management, consulting, data analysis, or technical systemsBackground in customer operationsAbility to manage ambiguity and drive clarity in complex situationsExcellent communication skills, including with technical teamsTrack record of managing projects end-to-end across multiple stakeholdersWillingness to work with potentially graphic or objectionable material
