Our client, one of the largest and most successful insurance brokers in Ireland is currently recruiting for a Commercial Account Executive to join their team in Sound Dublin.About the companyOur client has over 500 Irish staff and plans to continue growing throughout 2023.This market-leading broker prides itself on putting their customer's needs first and focusing on helping them achieve their goals while providing professional advice. Your development will be encouraged and you will be provided with the opportunity to further your insurance education with the business, becoming qualified as you go in other areas. Training and development is a continuous process and that all employees should be encouraged to do.The Role:

Managing a portfolio of existing clients.
Claims handling, developing new business.
Cross-selling and lead generation.

Requirements:

CIP, APA Commercial or grandfathered qualification.
Expert product Knowledge in SME/Haulage
Insightful market knowledge and understanding of market needs
Persuasion and influencing skills, selling skills, negotiating skills
Customer retention skills anticipating changing ongoing change in business o RELAY/applied broker system experience essential
