- Providing friendly, professional service to customers at branch level.
- Performing teller duties, including processing daily transactions and account reconciliations.
- Building strong, long-lasting relationships with members, offering support and guidance as needed.
- Managing loan applications, updating documentation, and handling related transactions.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Resolving customer queries with creativity and efficiency.
- Assisting with the onboarding of new members and ensuring a positive first experience.
- Has previous experience in financial services and is working towards APA (Accredited Product Advisor) qualifications.
- Is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
- Enjoys problem-solving and is proactive in finding better ways of doing things.
- Possesses strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Is open to continuing education and gaining relevant qualifications.
