About Your New EmployerWorking for a luxurious Interior Company who specialise in Bathrooms & Tiles. They are an award winning Irish Company who have been in business for over 40 years. Due to continued success and growth, they are looking to recruit a Bathroom Showroom Sales Manager to be located in their Showroom in Dublin South West.Key Responsibilities

Managing a team of 4 Bathroom Sales Consultants
Driving Bathroom sales and working closely with the Head of Retail
Ensuring you and your team meet Sales targets
Dealing with the general public, architects, contractors and interior designers
Building relationships with clients to promote repeat business
Training and mentoring the Sales team
Responsible for monitoring market trends and competitors to identify sales opportunities

What Skills You Need for this Sales Job

Management experience within Showroom Sales is essential
Showroom Sales experience in Bathrooms or tiles is a strong advantage
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Degree or Diploma in interior design or retail management is a strong advantage
Must be living within commutable distance to Dublin South West
