- Monitor the standard of work to ensure the highest quality.
- Assist the Bar Manager to lead the Bar department and execute the strategy to achieve goals.
- People leadership, including recruiting, retaining and developing employees.
- Set targets for the Bar team in line with the overall departmental and hotel strategy.
- Support/oversee events in the hotel to ensure excellence in service at all times.
- Support Bar Managfer with the budget and cost-effectiveness of the department.
- Experience in a Food & Beverage supervisory role in a leading hotel.
- Experience in large conferences and events is a distinct advantage.
- Excellent Leadership skills.
- Experience in recruiting and developing employees.
- High standards and attention to detail.
