- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HR business partners, advisors, and administrators.
- Set clear objectives and performance metrics for the HR team, ensuring high service delivery standards.
- Actively contribute as a member of the wider HR leadership team within the wider group, collaborating on cross-business initiatives, sharing best practice, and supporting the delivery of the organisation's overall people strategy.
- Work in close partnership with the centralised People Experience team to ensure people practices are aligned with group standards and policies.
- Seek guidance and expertise from Group PE team on complex legal, data protection, and compliance matters, and provide operational insights to inform policy development and workforce strategy.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with operational leaders and senior managers on site, acting as a strategic partner on all people matters.
- Work alongside stakeholders to understand the needs of the business and its clients, ensuring HR solutions are aligned with operational priorities, service level commitments, and contractual obligations.
- Anticipate and respond quickly to client-driven changes, providing agile HR support that balances client requirements with employee engagement and legal compliance.
- Serve as a bridge between HR, operational teams, and client expectations, ensuring proactive communication, issue resolution, and alignment on workforce strategies.
- The Senior HR Manager will introduce, lead and influence site specific management initiatives in order to address concerns that will enhance overall performance and build the overall human capital capability of the organisation.

- Drive the induction and orientation programme to embed company culture and compliance from day one.
- Lead performance management frameworks, ensuring alignment to business objectives and capability development.
- Manage absence and attendance to maintain operational efficiency.
- Oversee exit processes, ensuring smooth offboarding and actionable feedback capture.
- He/she is accountable for all aspects of HR compliance and touchpoints across: legal, client requirements, , HR managed Data, mandatory training, regulatory requirements, risk management, systems and tools, team workforce management.
- As part of the governance model, implement and close out corrective action plans where required, managing, and coordinating blueprint projects, group compliance and internal audits.
- Act as the senior escalation point for complex and sensitive employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary matters, investigations, and mediation.
- Provide expert advice to senior leaders on ER best practices, legal risks, and resolution strategies.
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures in line with employment law and industry standards.
- Manage high-volume ER casework typical of the BPO sector, balancing business needs with fair outcomes.
- Work in collaboration with Group Legal and People Experience SME's on key cases and issue.
- Ensure all HR documentation, contracts, and policies are compliant with relevant employment legislation in all jurisdictions of operation.
- Maintain accurate HR records and data, ensuring GDPR compliance and enabling data-driven HR decisions.
- Ensure departments are compliant with all industry standard compliancy frameworks implemented by the organisation and/or its clients
- Partner with operations to anticipate workforce challenges and proactively address retention risks.
- Partner with leadership to design and implement initiatives that support employee engagement, diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing.
- Manage project budgets, resources and timelines to ensure delivery within scope and cost parameters
- Create and sustain a workplace culture that embraces and leverages the strengths of a multicultural workforce, ensuring all employees feel valued, respected, and able to contribute fully.
- Anticipate and address the challenges that can arise in a culturally diverse environment, such as communication styles, work practices, and expectations, ensuring these are managed with sensitivity and fairness.
- Promote cross-cultural understanding and collaboration through targeted HR policies, training, and engagement activities.
- Support change management projects, ensuring effective communication and employee buy-in.
- Evaluate project impact and embed learnings into ongoing HR best practices.
- Promote and maintain a positive health, safety and welfare culture and safe work environment in conjunction with the organisation Health & Safety Statement.
- Significant HR management experience within a BPO environment (minimum 5 years in a leadership HR role).
- CIPD accredited
- Strong commercial acumen
- Proven ability to manage high-volume, complex employee relations casework in a fast-paced setting.
