QC Projects Senior Specialist, Continuous Improvement

• Lead and coordinate QC compliance and efficiency projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget

• Deliver Door-to-Floor training and support laboratory training programmes

• Drive continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives across QC labs

• Identify, design, and implement automation solutions (AI-enabled tools, automated analytics, digital reporting)

• Support integration of automation with existing QC systems (ensuring GMP compliance and data integrity)

• Lead change management activities to embed new technologies and processes

• Update SOPs and training documentation

• Support regulatory inspections and maintain a strong safety culture

• Degree in Science or related discipline

• 3-5 years' experience in a pharmaceutical / healthcare QC laboratory

• Strong background in Quality and Continuous Improvement

• Experience in GMP-regulated environments

• Hands-on laboratory experience and training delivery capability

• Excellent communication and project coordination skills

• Experience with AI tools, laboratory automation, or digital transformation initiatives

• Knowledge of LIMS, Power BI, Tableau, or similar systems

• Lean / Six Sigma experience

• Experience creating digital training materials or using LMS platforms
