My client, based in Waterford is seeking an experienced Senior Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join their growing team. This is a client-facing advisory role, supported by dedicated administrators and benefiting from a steady stream of leads generated through strong referral networks. Assess clients' financial needs to recommend suitable mortgage and protection solutions.
Manage the entire mortgage process from initial enquiry to completion, ensuring full compliance and outstanding service delivery.
Complete and manage all application paperwork, coordinating with lenders and internal admin support to progress cases efficiently.
Stay up to date with lender criteria, product offerings, and regulatory requirements.
Deliver an exceptional client experience through professional, expert guidance at every stage of the mortgage and protection journey.
Consistently meet or exceed sales and service targets while upholding the highest standards of compliance and ethics.

Key Requirements:

QFA qualification (essential).
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a brokerage or banking environment.
In-depth knowledge of mortgage and protection products.
Experience using online application platforms (e.g. "Online Applications") is an advantage.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
