- Oversee daily hotel operations across all departments: front desk, housekeeping, F&B, sales, and maintenance
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
- Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and P&L performance
- Optimize occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR through smart revenue and yield strategies
- Deliver exceptional guest service and personally address escalated issues
- Recruit, train, and mentor department heads and staff to create a positive, high-performance culture
- Drive local marketing initiatives and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, OTAs, and community partners
- Implement property improvements and lead service innovation initiatives
- 5+ years of hotel management experience (GM or senior leadership role)
- Strong understanding of hospitality finance, KPIs, and budgeting
- Experience with property management systems (e.g., Opera, OnQ, or similar)
- A passion for guest service and team development
- True commitment to Irish hospitality, ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of labour laws, safety standards, and compliance procedures
