You'll play a key role in identifying, evaluating, and managing investments, while also contributing to the ongoing development of a top-tier credit and investment team.Key Responsibilities
- Lead business development activities including impactful market engagement, relationship building, and identifying new investment opportunities.
- Conduct detailed credit analysis for new investments, including financial modelling, valuation, and risk-return assessments.
- Manage and monitor existing investments through ongoing project engagement, performance tracking, and covenant compliance.
- Deliver concise and insightful credit memos and presentations to the Executive Team and Investment Committee.
- Oversee transaction execution, including third-party due diligence, negotiation, documentation, and investment approvals.
- Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in real estate investment, private equity, or a related financial role.
- Advanced financial modelling skills in Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to produce high-quality reports and presentations.
- Excellent attention to detail with proven ability to manage multiple complex workstreams.
- Commercially minded with a strong grasp of investment risk and opportunity assessment.
