Senior Engineering Recruitment ConsultantAsset Recruitment was established in 2001 and has since been servicing blue chip companies both nationally and internationally. We provide both contract and permanent recruitment solutions and currently have contractors working in leading multinational biotech companies. We have excellent clients along with an expansive database and network of candidates to match their requirements. We are based in Montrose, Dublin 4 with ample parking and bus routes. We are expanding our business and now need to hire an experienced recruitment consultant to join and help grow our team.We want to speak to ambitious and target-driven individuals – who have a strong academic background coupled with a proven track record working in a professional, service-driven environment.Requirements:

Highly energetic and self-motivated – you enjoy and thrive on success
Proven experience in engineering/technical recruitment in the biopharma sector
Have excellent client management and business development skills
Academic – ideally possessing a degree
Willing and eager to learn more about the engineering and biopharma sectors
An excellent communicator, negotiator, and relationship builder
Organised, efficient and target driven
Excellent written communications skills and ability to market business using social media
Be a natural networker
