- Build and grow a desk specialising in technical and engineering roles
- Engage and manage senior-level candidates across specialist functions
- Develop new and existing client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, shortlisting, and placement
- Negotiate terms and fees while maintaining long-term relationships
- Contribute to the growth of the wider business through collaboration and mentoring
- 4+ years' agency recruitment experience, ideally in engineering, manufacturing, or technical markets
- Track record in client engagement and fee generation
- Confidence to speak credibly with engineers, technical managers, and senior stakeholders
- Business development skills with a strategic approach to building a desk
- Strong candidate management and communication skills
- Resilience, drive, and genuine enjoyment of recruitment
