Senior Lead AI Engineer

• Lead the design and development of enterprise-scale AI and multi-agent systems
• Architect robust, scalable, and fault-tolerant AI platforms
• Implement AI safety, guardrails, and evaluation frameworks
• Drive best practices in AI engineering, prompt design, and system optimisation
• Build and optimise AI workflows, orchestration layers, and performance strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions
• Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across AI initiatives
• Evaluate and integrate emerging AI technologies and frameworks

• 8-10+ years in software engineering, including 2+ years in AI/ML
• Strong expertise in Python and modern AI frameworks (e.g., agent-based systems)
• Experience with:

• Prompt engineering and LLM optimisation
• Vector databases and semantic search
• Distributed systems and cloud-native architectures
• Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code
• Proven track record of leading complex technical projects or teams
• Strong understanding of responsible AI, bias, and governance

• Experience with agent orchestration frameworks
• Exposure to Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar
• Background in AI experimentation and applied research

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field
