We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor/ Administrator to join our team in Co Mayo. This is a fast paced and busy role where you'll take responsibility for your customers, acting as the main point of contact and offering support and guidance whenever they visit us to get their car serviced, or when they need help or advice with the upkeep of their vehicle.Our customer service team really are at the heart of ensuring our world class service is delivered so it is crucial we acknowledge our customers, respond quickly and aim to get the service right first time and every time. This is a fantastic opportunity to train as a Service Advisor and gain a minimum of six months structured and comprehensive training.Role & Responsibilities:

To be the focal and point of contact for customers requiring servicing or repair to their vehicles.
To manage all the service telephone and walk- in enquiries on behalf of the dealership.
Manage communication between the workshop, the rest of the dealership and the customer. Delivering exceptional customer service at all times.
Ability to qualify service needs and diagnose vehicle running problems where appropriate.
Establish agreements with customer of the work that needs to be carried out.
Ensure that all details are entered onto the service workshop loading system to enable calculation of work shop capacity.
Management of the handover and administration of Customer service Vehicles. Ensuring that work to be carried out i s explained to the customer and that they have full understanding and give authorization for the work to be carried out.
Understand and adhere to manufacturer brand and service requirements.
Ensure that safe working practices are followed in line with dealership procedures.
Maintain relevant systems ensuring accuracy at all times.
Understanding and implementation of manufacturer's warranty policies & procedures & administration of warranty claims.
Quality control of vehicles prior to delivery to customer.
Control and implementation of necessary manufacturer's standards and procedures.
Liaising with in-house body shop and workshop.
Maintaining fluctuating workloads.

Candidate Requirements:

Impeccable appearance and well presented to work in a corporate environment.
Have excellent organizational skills.
The candidate must have excellent customer service and be professional.
Must be motivated and driven to perform to the best of their ability.
Must be flexible and able to work effectively as part of a team.
Must have excellent attention to detail.
Excellent computer skills are required.
A full, clean driving license is an essential requirement for this role.
