We are looking for team members to fill a range of exciting full and part time seasonal roles across our stores, distribution centre and customer services teams.We believe that a great customer experience starts with a great people experience, our seasonal team members will benefit from luxury sales training and highly competitive compensation, as well as support from our world-class Brown Thomas and Arnotts teams.KNOW THE ROLEThe BTA Customer Service Advisor will work in a busy, fast-paced environment with responsibility for all customer contact including email, social media and phone enquires. The successful candidate will be highly organised with an ability to work on your own and as part of a cross-functional team. This is an office based role.As expected, written and communication skills are key to success. You'll have a flexible can-do approach, and you will be a key support to the team, taking on a wide variety of vital administrative duties. You will be providing excellent customer service and admin support that keeps this fast-paced area running efficiently.The Customer Service team currently facilitate 6 main areas of business as follows: Online Queries, Loyalty Queries, Store Queries Social Media – Instagram. Facebook, Twitter & Google Reviews, Online Order Fraud Review and Marketing files.Deliver exceptional customer service across phone, email, live chat, WhatsApp, and social media.Resolve customer queries effectively, aiming for first-time resolution, and escalate when necessary.Manage loyalty card program (sign-ups, updates, points adjustments, and customer engagement).Conduct online order reviews, fraud checks, and support gift card processing and inquiries.Collaborate with in-store concessions, marketing, and other departments to enhance customer experience.Accurately record and manage customer cases from start to finish within set timeframes.Promote and support customer adoption of the Brown Thomas/Arnotts App.Handle website chat queries and support in-store teams with customer details, transactions, and loyalty information.Participate in training, stay updated on promotions, and provide feedback to improve service.Monitor customer feedback/trends, ensure compliance with policies/data privacy, and suggest improvements.KNOW WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORAttention to detail with strong ability to analyse numerical data accurately.Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – with the ability to build and manage relationships across all areas of the business.Proficient MS Office skills, with particular emphasis on MS Excel (spreadsheets, formulas, reconciliations).Professional and polished telephone manner.Strong organisational and administrative skills.A flexible, can-do approach with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.Why working with us should be on your Christmas list this year:
