Based in Cork, our client boasts a team of over 200 staff, providing tailored solutions for aircraft fleets, engines, and components.YOUR ROLEAs part of a close-knit team, you'll collaborate with CAD Techs and Development Engineers, reporting to the Lead Repair Development Engineer. Enjoy a hybrid work model (60% office, 40% home) once you've demonstrated your competency!In the Cad Technician job your role will invloved:

Designing jigs/fixtures for ongoing production needs and new product/repair introductions.
Making decisions on internal/external manufacturing.
Managing the RFQ process and selecting preferred suppliers.
Conducting FMEAs on new designs.
Contributing to Continuous Improvement projects.
Assisting in the calibration process of newly manufactured tools.

YOUR PROFILEIdeally, you'll hold a Level 8 degree in relevant fields, though applicants with Level 7 degrees and relevant internship/post-grad experience will also be considered.
