Proficiency in reading and understanding engineering and architectural drawings. Interpret & review structural requirements for each project.
Understanding and ability to interpret engineering connection designs & calculations.
A good understanding of the structural fabrication manufacturing process.
Responsible for creating fabrication drawings, General Arrangement Drawings, material lists, assembly lists, as required for each project.
Ensure high quality standards of modelling and drawings are maintained for each project.
Effective communication with the design team, Production Manager and Factory team and all other internal departments and customers as required.
Create 3D Models and detailing using TEKLA 3D detailing software.
Ability to communicate effectively with engineers, architects, and clients.
Ability to work to schedules and meet deadlines.
Good Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changes as they occur.

Experience:

1+ Years experience with Tekla Structures software in Structural Steel
Experience working on large structural steel projects.

Education:

3rd Level Qualification in Engineering, Construction or related field.
