- Manage the planning and execution of design work and CAD documentation alongside project engineers and technicians.
- Attend and participate in site and client meetings.
- Ensure compliance with the company's Quality Assurance and Health & Safety Management Systems.
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate deliverables with other internal departments and external consultants.
- Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
- Minimum of 4/5 years' post-graduate professional experience.
- Demonstrated project management capabilities.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external partners.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Full, clean driving licence.
- Design experience related to anaerobic digestion facilities, waste infrastructure, or public realm projects.
- Previous involvement in solid waste, bio-waste, or sludge management projects.
- Be part of a well-established and respected consultancy.
- Work in a role that supports career progression toward Principal Engineer level.
