
Internal Sales Representative

- Achieve monthly sales and margin targets as agreed with your manager
- Support the scheduling team by creating and updating ironmongery schedules and specifications using the internal 360° sales system
- Leverage existing industry contacts to develop new business within the high-end residential housing sector
- Follow up professionally on estimated projects and maximise quote-to-order conversion
- Actively promote the client's 360° offering to architects, specifiers, and main contractors
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across other business units (FPD, A&A, Service) to uncover and maximise opportunities
- Identify and build relationships with new customers - particularly among contractors not yet trading with the company
- Proven experience in internal sales, ideally within construction, ironmongery, or a related industry
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including architects, contractors, and specifiers
- Experience with estimating, scheduling, or specification writing is a strong advantage
- Comfortable using CRM and sales tools
- Self-motivated with strong follow-up and negotiation skills
