We are looking for a motivated Internal Sales Executive to join our dynamic commercial team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual looking to develop a professional career within IT sales and account management in a supportive, people-focused technology business.Key Responsibilities in Internal Sales and Customer Relationship Management
- Proactively contact prospective and existing customers to identify sales opportunities and build strong relationships
- Work closely with Field Sales, Account Managers and wider business units to support client retention and growth
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries, providing product and pricing information to secure orders
- Manage the end-to-end sales process from quotation through to order processing, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction
- Maintain and update CRM systems to ensure customer and sales data is accurate and up to date
- Follow up on marketing campaigns and sales leads to maximise business development opportunities
- Work with internal teams to ensure excellent delivery of client requests and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Support with developing tailored proposals and presentations for prospective customers
- Experience in a sales, telesales or customer service environment, preferably within IT, technology, or telecommunications (desirable but not essential)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Competence using Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems
- A positive, collaborative attitude and willingness to learn and develop new skills
