Instructing the team on the art of filtering and coagilation, imparting knowledge of slicing, and presenting different Tofu types. Sampling and interpreting tests of Tofu production. Adhere to business HACCP plan. Candidate Requirements - Minimum 2 years relevant skill and knowledge as a Tofu maker through both manual and automated processes.
