Type: Full-time, permanentAbout the RoleWe are hiring five experienced Cabinet Makers to join a busy, modern workshop producing bespoke joinery and fit-out solutions for high-profile commercial, retail, and hospitality clients. This is a chance to work with a well-established team in a 20,000 sq ft, fully equipped facility with CNC machinery, spray finishing, and in-house design support.Key ResponsibilitiesManufacture and assemble high-quality cabinetry, furniture, and bespoke joinery in the workshop.Read and interpret detailed drawings, technical plans, and specifications.Carry out precise fitting, scribing, and finishing both in the workshop and on-site.Operate woodworking machinery (panel saws, edge-banders, routers, CNC where applicable) safely and efficiently.Ensure consistent quality control and attention to detail on every piece.Collaborate with project managers, site fitters, and other trades to deliver projects on time.Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with company H&S standards.Candidate RequirementsMinimum 5 years’ experience in cabinet making / bespoke joinery.Strong technical skills in both hand tools and woodworking machinery.Proven ability to interpret drawings and produce accurate, high-end finishes.Experience working to tight deadlines without compromising quality.Flexibility to travel for site installations when required.Team player with a reliable, proactive attitude.Benefits & Package€40,000 – €50,000 salary, depending on experience.Opportunity to work in a modern, purpose-built 20,000 sq ft workshop with the latest equipment.Stable pipeline of projects with major retail, commercial, and hospitality clients.Strong career progression in a supportive, established company.Collaborative team culture with experienced tradespeople and managers.
