  • Direct report to the Director of CQV/Cx with active role on new Cx hiring’s
  • Coordination of all ongoing Cx projects to ensure availability of resources to execute the scope of work, reviewing the progress with assigned Cx Leads identifying risks to mitigate in advance
  • Collaborate with other PM Group offices to promote trainings for internal resources on the latest internal Quality Management System procedures and international guidelines and standards
  • Prepare technical proposal and support the Sales department on new proposals presentation
  • Support and promote the company safety program
  • Lead, develop and motivate direct reports defining targets and review performances
  • Promotes technical developments of all Cx resources assigning high potential personnel to specific development trainings
:
  • Motivated and result driven resource with 10+ years of commissioning experience in the Mission Critical sector and project delivery
  • Solid background on how safely start up and execute Cx programs, whether at site installations or at vendors premises. Ensure that all parties engage with the process can perform their tasks in a safe manner. Strives to provide a work environment that protects the health, safety and wellbeing of everyone
  • Knowledge and abilities needed to accomplish commissioning and regulatory compliance requirements, as well as other specific tasks
  • Ability to analyze situations, diagnose problems, identify the key issues, establish and evaluate alternative courses of action and produce logical, practical and acceptable solutions
  • Ability to focus efforts and energy on successfully achieving standards of excellence in delivery of goals and objectives
  • Ability to work co-operatively within a group and across PM Group to achieve PM Group goals in a respectful and inclusive manner. Facilitates a collaborative environment and treats every member of the team fairly and equally. Fosters a culture that both values and encourages differing viewpoints and opinions
  • In moving forward can demonstrate a focus on integrated business planning and value for money for customers
  • Ability to develop new insights into situations and apply innovative and diverse solutions to make improvements. Recognizes and understands the concept and importance of Knowledge Management, especially in a service industry. Creates an inclusive work environment that encourages creative thinking and innovation
