Quality ManagerHigh-Risk Food ManufacturingSenior role. Full ownership of quality, food safety, and compliance on site.The RoleYou’ll lead the Quality Management System and ensure all products meet regulatory, customer, and internal standards.You’ll work closely with leadership and keep the site audit-ready at all times.Key Responsibilities:

Own and improve the QMS
Lead HACCP and food safety programmes
Manage DAFM compliance and audits
Act as main contact for auditors and regulators
Handle non-conformances, complaints, and CAPA
Drive quality KPIs and continuous improvement
Work cross-functionally with Production and Ops

About You

Experience in high-risk or high-care food manufacturing
Strong audit and compliance background
Confident leading quality across a busy site
Clear communicator with solid problem-solving skills

Requirements

Degree in Food Science or similar
5+ years in food manufacturing
Quality leadership experience
Strong HACCP knowledge
Audit experience (internal, customer, regulatory)
