Warehouse Team Lead – Dublin

• 3+ years’ experience in a warehouse or logistics supervisory role, ideally in a high-volume environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a hands-on approach.
• Good knowledge of warehouse operations, stock control, and health & safety standards.
• Able to interpret performance data and take action to improve results.
• Skilled in problem-solving, organisation, and communication.
• Competent in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office.
• Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Forklift licence desirable but not essential.

• Lead, motivate, and support warehouse staff to achieve productivity and accuracy targets.
• Oversee daily workflows for receiving, picking, packing, dispatching, and inventory control.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Monitor KPIs such as order accuracy, pick rates, and on-time dispatch, taking action when needed.
• Provide training and ensure staff have the skills to perform effectively.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and investigate stock discrepancies.
• Work closely with other teams to ensure smooth operations across functions.
• Drive continuous improvement to boost efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality.
