Would you like to join the team in Anglers Rest, we are looking for a Junior Sous Chef.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys the fast-paced environment.We have an amazing Head Chef with a wealth of experience who is looking forward to guide & train the team.This is a very busy restaurant that serves great fresh food. Our kitchen is a professional environment & we cook everything from fresh.Role involves assisting and directing, preparing and presenting our menu to the established standards.1+ year experience in a similar role of a busy kitchen environment is essential with a drive and enthusiasm to learn.Both food hygiene and HACCP knowledge are essential, further training will be provided.Follow these links to get to know us betterhttps://thewrightgroup.ie/https://theanglersrest.ie/Key responsibilities of this role are:
  • Assist our chefs with the overall running of the kitchen
  • Monitor HACCP procedures and hygiene standards
