Would you like to join the team in Anglers Rest, we are looking for a Junior Sous Chef.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys the fast-paced environment.We have an amazing Head Chef with a wealth of experience who is looking forward to guide & train the team.This is a very busy restaurant that serves great fresh food. Assist our chefs with the overall running of the kitchen
Monitor HACCP procedures and hygiene standards
Maintain a high quality of our menu and its presentation
