
Payroll Administrator

- Process weekly payroll for 75 staff, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Irish employment and tax regulations.
- Maintain employee records, timesheets, and holiday/sick leave entitlements.
- Prepare and submit payroll-related returns to Revenue.
- Handle employee payroll queries promptly and professionally.
- Support accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice processing and supplier payments.
- Reconcile bank accounts, payroll reports, and ledger postings.
- Assist with month-end and year-end reporting.
- Maintain accurate filing and documentation for audit purposes.
- Proven experience in payroll processing and accounts administration.
- Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and Revenue online systems (ROS).
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (Excel essential).
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and confidentiality.
- Ability to prioritise payroll as the first weekly task while supporting wider finance duties.
