ResponsibilitiesWhat You’ll Do

Lead daily operations of the pantry & deli to the highest standards
Deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced retail environment
Oversee food prep, presentation, quality & freshness
Train, support and inspire a positive, high-performing team
Manage stock levels, ordering, waste control & rotation
Maintain impeccable hygiene, safety & compliance standards
Drive consistent standards and a welcoming, upbeat atmosphere

QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For

Experience in deli, café, bakery, or fresh food management
Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, can-do attitude
A passion for fresh, high-quality produce and great presentation
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Confidence in delivering great customer experiences
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
