- Lead the technical function, aligning quality and food safety with business strategy.
- Maintain and improve product quality, ensuring full regulatory compliance.
- Manage the QA team and support a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Oversee BRC and third-party audits, ensuring successful outcomes.
- Maintain responsibility for site certifications and technical documentation for all SKUs.
- Support supplier approval, performance reviews, and audits.
- Assist the commercial and NPD teams with technical input, including customer meetings and onboarding processes.
- Deliver training programs to operational and QA teams in food safety and quality.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Degree in Food Science or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in a Quality or Technical Manager role in food manufacturing.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with BRC audits and technical compliance.
- Strong understanding of food innovation and NPD processes.
- Experience supporting new product development and launching new SKUs is a distinct advantage.
