As Toolroom Supervisor, you’ll oversee a team of four Toolmakers and support staff in the manufacture, repair, and maintenance of injection mould tools, jigs, fixtures, and automation components. You’ll play a critical role in reducing downtime, improving tooling reliability, and driving continuous improvement across the shop floor.Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day toolroom activities including preventative maintenance, fault diagnosis, breakdown repairs, and new tooling projects.
Operate and supervise work using CNC machines (EDM, Wire Eroder, CNC mill/lathe) and manual machinery (grinders, lathes, drills, welders).
Ensure tooling is production-ready and meets required quality standards.
Provide strong technical support to production and engineering departments.
Mentor apprentices and junior team members, promoting skills development.
Maintain tooling records and participate in project launches and trials.
Uphold safety standards and 5S practices to ensure a clean, efficient work environment.

What We’re Looking For

Proven background in toolmaking, ideally within an injection moulding environment.
