- Lead and support production teams to meet performance, quality, and delivery targets.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, addressing issues, optimising line performance, and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure strict adherence to GMP, quality procedures, and safety standards.
- Manage time, attendance, and development of team members through coaching, training, and performance management.
- Promote continuous improvement, change management, and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with planning and management to support scheduling, validation, process optimisation, and capital projects.
- Maintain a strong safety culture, ensuring zero-accident standards and full EHS compliance.
- Relevant third-level qualification.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role within a GMP/regulated manufacturing environment.
- Proven people management skills with ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making abilities.
- Flexible, proactive, and innovative approach to work.
- A permanent evening-shift role (Mon–Thu 3:30 pm–12 am, Fri 2:30 pm–10 pm).
