- Maintenance and enhancement of online infrastructure
- With a focus on maintaining the products offered through our websites
- Ensuring optimum conversion rates achieved
- Liaising with infrastructure support partners for project management
- Co-ordination and execution of marketing campaigns
- With a focus on online initiatives
- Both inbound and outbound marketing campaigns
- Campaign effectiveness measurement and reporting
- With a focus on Search Engine Analytics
- Copywriting for online and print communications
- Ensuring that everything published online is Search Engine Optimised
- CRM Record Maintenance
- Managing direct mail, newsletter, brochure and advertising campaigns
- Trade show coordination and planning
- Develop and track online campaigns to ultimately increase our business's online marketing success
- Product Optimisation for hosting online
- Product Enrichment for Search Engine Optimisation and Optimum Customer Experience
- Marketing campaign management
- Campaign effectiveness measurement and reporting
- Copywriting content on the Company websites for accuracy, grammar, uniqueness and SEO
- Updating and maintaining company websites, blog and social media pages
- Website support for both existing and new customers, as well as internal personnel
- Designing & executing mailing campaigns
- Database management – contact data. Customer segmentation and profiling
- Database management – product information. Product management for marketing campaigns and website content
- Some Graphic Design activities as pertaining to website content & marketing campaigns
- Management of outsourced marketing activities, such as graphic design for print and exhibition stands
- Leasing with support staff for the implementation of marketing projects on time
- Any other duties that fall into the remit of the marketing function or that the company may require.
- Marketing / Multimedia or related degree or relevant professional qualification.
- The candidate must be innovative, responsible, self-motivated, and willing to work hard in this challenging and diverse role. They must also work well within a team as well as on their own initiative. The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines is a must.
- Must have a solid understanding of marketing principles.
- Understanding of e-commerce and SEO principles is a must.
- Strong Excel skill and Database skills is an advantage.
- Online marketing experience desirable but not essential.
- Knowledge of any or all of the following a distinct advantage:
- SEO Techniques
- Content creation for Inbound marketing
- Web Design / Development – HTML / CSS
- Graphic Design package
- Google Analytics
- Email Marketing Automation platform
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
