We're looking for a Site Manager for a live Healthcare Fitout project in Dublin city Centre. This is an immediate-start role with a well-supported site team and a strong pipeline of secured work. Initial phase runs through to April 2026.Candidate should come from a fitout background with healthcare experience. This is a live environment, so previous work on phased or occupied projects is a clear advantage.Role Responsibilities:Oversee daily site operations and subcontractor coordinationEnsure programme, safety, and quality targets are metManage site logistics, reporting, and client communicationDeliver high-quality work in a live, phased healthcare environmentRequirements:5+ years' experience in Site ManagementBackground in fitout; healthcare experience essentialStrong understanding of drawings, programmes, and safety systems * Excellent communication and leadership on live sitesWhy Apply?
